diskAshur DT2

Thanks to USB 3.1, this iStorage diskAshur DT2 is suitable for one of the fastest file transfers. You enter your 7 to 15 digit PIN code and if it is correct, you will immediately see all files on the hard drive. To lock the drive again after use, you only have to disconnect it from the computer. Everything on the drive is automatically encrypted and can only be accessed again when you enter the PIN code.

Full disk encryption is done with AES 256-bit military-grade hardware encryption. If the drive is lost or stolen, a finder or thief cannot gain access. In fact, if the PIN code is entered incorrectly 15 times, the drive will be reset. This means that the encryption key is deleted and all data is erased from this USB 3.1 hard drive.

One of the special features of the iStorage diskAshur2 SSD is that the microprocessor is Common Criteria EAL4+-ready. This microprocessor is secured and uses a special physical protection mechanism to combat sabotage and attacks from outside. In the event of an attack, the blocked mode is activated, which ensures that attackers do not get a chance. In short: without a PIN code, nothing happens to the files on this SSD. Completely AVG-compliant!
