What are the delivery times?
We understand that you want your products fast and process your order the same or next business day. Within 1 or at the latest 2 business days you will have your E-equipment order high and dry at home.
Which carriers does E-quipment use?
In the Netherlands & Belgium PostNL ensures that the products arrive at the specified address. All orders outside the Netherlands are transferred via PostNL to the local delivery person who maintains a different delivery time for each country.
What are the shipping costs?
If you order for more than 100 euros, we deliver for free! Below you will find an overview of shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium:
- Orders within the Netherlands under €100: €10; above €100 it is free
- Orders within Belgium under €100: €10; above €100 it is free
- Order within Germany under €100: €10; above €100 it is free
- Order within Luxembourg under €100: €10; above €100 it is free
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
After the first time, PostNL will leave a note where you can pick up the package. Are you working during the day? Just have your order delivered to your work. There is often someone present who can receive the package (you just have to hope that they don't run off with it ;-) ).
In which countries does E-quipment deliver?
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the rest of the world.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
This is only possible if you respond super quickly and report the change to us within 2 hours via info@e-quipment.eu or call +31(0)36-5250024.
What can I do if an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered?
Hopefully it never happens to us but an error is human so it can happen that there is an unordered or damaged product in your order. Always check the packing slip and the delivered products upon receipt. Contact us if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Via info@e-quipment.eu or call +31(0)36-5250024. Incorrectly delivered or damaged products can be returned free of charge via the reply number and we will ensure that you receive your ordered or a new product as soon as possible.
Can I also pick up the products?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. On the other hand, we can process orders until 23:45PM, which are 98% sure to be delivered the next day.
