The iStorage datAshur rugged design consists of an aluminum pressure profile casing. This makes the iStorage datAshur dust and water resistant to IP57 classification and shatter resistant. This protects your iStorage datAshur from physical damage while keeping your data ultra-safe.

The iStorage datAshur contains a rechargeable battery that allows the user to enter a 7-15 digit PIN code on the integrated keypad before connecting the drive to a USB port. All transferred data to the iStorage datAshur, will be encrypted on the fly with built-in hardware encryption and is protected from unauthorized access even if your iStorage that Ashur is lost or stolen.

The iStorage datAshur will automatically lock when disconnected from the computer or when power to the USB port is turned off. The iStorage datAshur works straight out of the box, requires no software or driver installation and is compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux Thin Clients, Android Embedded Systems.
